Paper Submission 

Submitted papers must represent original material that is not currently under review elsewhere, and has not been previously published. All papers will be properly peer-reviewed by members of the technical program committee and other experts active in the field to ensure high quality and relevance to the conference. Paper length must not exceed six (6) pages. A maximum of two (2) extra pages will be granted for accepted papers at an additional charge per page, which is to be paid at the time of conference registration.

Submissions must use double column format, including tables, figures, and references, with a font no smaller than 10 points. Please use the  conference style of the Transactions stylesheet template provided by IEEE to assure that your submission meets our guidelines. Papers must be submitted in PDF format through the EDAS conference system by selecting the IEEE GreenCom'12 link at the EDAS paper submission website under the Submit paper tab (direct link here). Accepted papers will appear in the GreenCom conference proceedings and presented papers will be included in IEEE Xplore®. Papers are to be registered on EDAS no later than Aprill 18, 2012.  Papers are to be submitted no later than April 25, 2012. PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the IEEE Online Conference on Green Communications Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented online at the conference. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE Online Conference on Green Communications Proceedings and in IEEE Xplore®.
